A. Make a list of all the things you need to do for today, set the prioritys for each one of them.
Write down your goals, follow up with the steps you will take to achieve them.
Determine the start and end time for your actions projects.
Say No when you can not reasonably handle.
Defer unimportant duties .
Do not pick up a paper or a file that requires action more than one time, act on it, file it or throw it out.
Manage your big projects by only dividing them to small parts. .
Switch to another project, if you lost interest in a project you have been working on.
Taking a break to refresh yourself you may make less mistakes that will caus more work later.
When you're worried about something, ask your self how important it really is in life. You do not have enough time to be constantly stressed.
It is very important to learn to take time for yourself and to avoid stress.
