- Determine the start and end time for your actions projects.
- Say No when you can not reasonably handle.
- Defer unimportant duties .
- Do not pick up a paper or a file that requires action more than one time, act on it, file it or throw it out.
- Manage your big projects by only dividing them to small parts. .
- Switch to another project, if you lost interest in a project you have been working on.
- Taking a break to refresh yourself you may make less mistakes that will caus more work later.
- When you're worried about something, ask your self how important it really is in life. You do not have enough time to be constantly stressed.
- It is very important to learn to take time for yourself and to avoid stress.
